Spotted in Australia - Dusty, Rusty 1975 Mazda 929 (LA3)

September 02, 2015

I couldn't believe my luck when I saw this weathered Mazda 929 parked at a shopping centre on only the 2nd day of my Australian visit. And, to prove it wasn't a fluke, I saw it again in the same spot days later.

The LA Series Luce was built from 1972 to 1978. This Luce Sedan was built in 1975. It has a 1,970cc inline 4 engine.
