Spotted in Japan: A 1967 Chrysler Imperial Crown Coupe (1 of 3235)
November 29, 2012
I got a phone call from a local car-collector and he suggested I drop by to check out his latest acquisition. Though very unfamiliar to me, I just love this car.
This Crown Coupe was built in 1967. It has a 7,206cc V8 engine.
I've set myself an ambitious target, and that is to unearth all of Japan's rusting, nostalgic gems. It's not going to be easy. They're shy creatures and prefer to remain hidden. And, limited time and funds mean they're likely to stay that way,
which would be not cool! <More>
