Another Datsun classic seemingly abandoned on the side of the road! And, there's more Nissan heritage left to the weeds parked just metres away. The convertible would be known as a Datsun 1500 Roadster in the U.
This Fairlady convertible was built in 1964. It has a 1,488cc inline 4 engine.
I've set myself an ambitious target, and that is to unearth all of Japan's rusting, nostalgic gems. It's not going to be easy. They're shy creatures and prefer to remain hidden. And, limited time and funds mean they're likely to stay that way, which would be not cool! <More>
