Four Doors for More Chores: 1971 Mazda 1300 Deluxe - STBV/Familia

July 05, 2017

If I'm lucky, August is when I get to visit family and friends in Australia, and check out some great car-related events. Over two years, I've spotted this 4-door station wagon on three occasions, and even got to chat with the owner to find out a whole lot more about it.

The SPB/STA/STB/SPC/M10A/BPBV/BTAV/BTBV/BPCV/BPB55/BTA65 Series Familia was built from Nov 1967 to Sep 1973. This Familia stationwagon was built in 1971. It has a 1,500cc inline 4 engine.
