It never ceases to amaze me, how often I find rare and/or desirable cars rotting away on Japan's back streets. If it's not considered a classic yet, I'm sure the distinctive, Pininfarina-designed Honda City Cabriolet will be soon enough.
This City Convertible was built in 1984. It has a 1,231cc inline 4 engine.
I've set myself an ambitious target, and that is to unearth all of Japan's rusting, nostalgic gems. It's not going to be easy. They're shy creatures and prefer to remain hidden. And, limited time and funds mean they're likely to stay that way, which would be not cool! <More>
