The Problem with JDM Preludes, From 1st to 5th Generation
July 04, 2020
The cars I focus on in this video are two, first-generation (SN series) Honda Preludes. Are they rare in Japan? You betcha, but no rarer than Civics and Accords of the same era.
This Prelude coupe was built in 1979. It has a 1,602cc inline 4 engine.
I've set myself an ambitious target, and that is to unearth all of Japan's rusting, nostalgic gems. It's not going to be easy. They're shy creatures and prefer to remain hidden. And, limited time and funds mean they're likely to stay that way,
which would be not cool! <More>
