Autopolis for the REV Speed Time Attack event, which was heavily rain affected, so checked out some junk grip racing JDM favourites (EG Civic hatch, a pair of AE86s, Honda Today, Eunos Roadster/Mazda Miata, Honda Beat. Then, I happen upon an incredible collection of old school JDMs (A53C Mitsubishi Colt Galant GTO, RA25 Toyota Celica liftback, JC Eunos Cosmo, TE47 Toyota Sprinter Trueno, Isuzu 117, FC3S Mazda RX), and inside his shed is a restored GC110 Nissan Skyline GT sedan, a restored S30 Nissan Fairlady Z (240Z) and a white BNR32 Skyline GT-R.
I've set myself an ambitious target, and that is to unearth all of Japan's rusting, nostalgic gems. It's not going to be easy. They're shy creatures and prefer to remain hidden. And, limited time and funds mean they're likely to stay that way, which would be not cool!<More>
