A bug-eyed, 3-door KP61 Toyota Starlet S from 1979

January 20, 2013

I don't recall ever seeing these Toyota hatches growing up in Australia, so it's hard for me to call them popular. They do indeed seem to be popular though, with or without the race-track inspired, flared wheel-arches.

The P60 Series Starlet was built from Feb 1978 to Oct 1984. This Starlet Hatchback was built in 1979. It has a 1,290cc inline 4 engine.
